Roger T. Enevoldsen wrote to me about this album: "I have a UK album called MEDIUM RARE that was released in 1977. The number is POLYDOR SPECIAL 2482 381. I picked it up back then because it has two tracks by Gallagher & Lyle that were originally released apparently as a 45rpm in 1967 on Polydor 56 170. The tracks are "Trees" and "In The Crowd". They are both quite enjoyable. You can definitely tell it's them. They both have that 1967 production sound and have a bit of similarity to Simon & Garfunkel's work around that time."
