Sewing your own sanitary towels is actually not as difficult as you might think. At least it isn't if you follow this recipe. This mouthwash is made from soft cotton fabric, and you can choose from many different colours and patterns.

It's recommended that home-made mouthwashes consist of at least three layers of tightly woven, breathable fabric, so this mouthwash has a pocket in which you can place a fleece filter. It has a good noseband and the fabric folds out to fit comfortably on the face.

Please note that these mouthguards are not CE-approved and unsuitable for medical use, but the Danish Health Authority recommends the use of cloth mouthguards as it is better than not wearing one.
