Make sure you follow the washing instructions for the stuffing

If you want to wash your creations with Fluffy Cloud stuffing, you can wash it by hand or in the washing machine. If you choose to machine wash your needlework, just remember to wash it at 40°C and tumble dry at 60°C max. It is important that you do not spin the batting.
